Bro. Adrian Moore  was born in Norfolk, VA on August 9, 1955.  His family moved to Danville, VA when he was two years old.  He lived in Danville for most of his life, until moving to Gastonia, NC in 1995.  He married Nancy Matherly on May 29, 1982 and they have three children: Matthew, Joseph and Mary.

     Bro. Adrian was saved on November 1, 1981, and has been serving the Lord in different capacities since that time.  He was the Assistant Pastor of Gatewood Baptist Church in Providence, NC from 1984 - 1988.  He graduated from the Greensboro Bible Institute in Greensboro, NC in 1987 as the class Valedictorian.  He was ordained in 1988.  He was called to be the Pastor of Temple Baptist Church in Danville and served there from 1988 - 1994.  He then accepted the call as the Field Director for Fundamental Baptist Home Missions in Bessemer City, NC and served there from 1994 - 2000. 

     During his time at FBHMI, he began writing study books and printing.  In 2000, after joining Lighthouse Baptist Church in Blacksburg, SC, he started the Lighthouse Baptist Bible Curriculum and Printing Ministry.  Since that time, this printed material has literally found its way onto the mission field all around the world.

     Bro. Adrian also serves as the principal of Heritage Christian School in Gaffney, SC, which is another ministry of Lighthouse Baptist Church.

     Bro. Adrian has preached Mission Conferences and Revival meetings in many churches as well as substituted in pulpits when pastors where away.  His life verse is II Corinthians 4:5, "For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake."  His sincere desire is to see that verse fulfilled in his life and ministry.
